There is a 10 minute grace period. Late Fee: After 10 minutes there is a $10 late fee. Clients arriving after 15 minutes: Understand that your appointment may be rescheduled at our discretion due to the inconvenience of the lash artist’s next appointment. In this event the cancellation/rescheduling policy below will come into effect. After 15 minutes your appointment will be cancelled and deposit will be lost.
